Yoga Nidra is an accessible Yoga practice which allows us to journey through the koshas (sheaths of existence). No experience is necessary. Yoga Nidra is best practiced laying down in a comfortable manner on a blanket or yoga mat (or even your bed). Everyone can practice yoga nidra and have a very unique experience resulting in increased relaxation, awareness, creativity and other positive effects.
