This Meditation Immersion is designed for the professional that is ready to unwind and relax. This Retreat will give you plenty of time to dive deep into self study and healing while also giving you free time for contemplation and reflection.

Set in a stunning valley on 107 lush tropical acres, the Retreat Center is an oasis of peace and tranquility. The former coffee plantation, now exquisitely landscaped, has 20 rooms scattered up the mountainside, each with private bath and hammock. A fresh-water swimming pool is cradled beneath a green mountain vista. A fully equipped yoga center is used for individual and group practice. Award winning vegetarian (and Vegan) meals provided by Simons Catering of Columbia County NY.

Investment includes:

7 nights at the Retreat Center

3 meals daily and non-alcoholic beverages on site.

Daily (sometimes twice daily) Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra classes/workshops

And plenty of time to relax and recharge.
