At Sukha we truly believe in the practice of yoga.  One of the most important aspects of being a good teacher is practicing and having a deep self study.  We recommend anyone enrolled in the program practice as much as possible before the training begins- to make this more affordable anyone enrolled in the training can come to classes for $5 a class leading up to the training and then come to as many classes as one can for free during the training.  The physical practice can at times be strenuous, and although we welcome all levels of ability, trusting in the process and experiencing transformation can take time.  Students should expect to come out of this training with a deeper knowledge of the self,  yoga philosophy, anatomy, yoga ethics and lifestyle, and the ability to guide a safe and effective yoga class.  You will receive a certificate from the school, which will allow you to register through Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT).

We are currently working with a small group to determine the best dates and times for this training but will be offering it this Fall-Winter.  The early bird tuition is $2,000 and goes up to $2,300 closer to the start date.
